In brief, private limited companies incorporated in Brunei Darussalam are governed by the Companies Act (CAP. 39) and must be registered with the Registrar of Companies (“ROC”), at the Ministry of Finance and Economy (“MOFE”). All private limited companies name must end with the words “Sendirian Berhad” or its abbreviation “Sdn Bhd” to denote its limited by shares company.
