Brunei and Labuan

Our accounting team offers an array of accounting and bookkeeping services for companies incorporated in Brunei and Labuan. We prepare management accounts, including financial statements, balance sheets, income statement and arrange for annual filing of financial report to the relevant authorities, if required by law.


We also coordinate tax preparation and file annual tax returns with the local tax authorities in a timely manner.

For Labuan Entities

Form our Labuan office, we offer a range of support services tailored to your ‘economic substance’ needs for your Labuan company.
