Sukor Ashak TEP
Managing Director
Sukor co-founded our Labuan chapter in 2017. After spending more than 10 years with our parent company in Brunei, he decided to come back to his native Labuan to manage our office full time.
A rugby enthusiast and an extraordinary scrum half in his heyday at uni and a local rugby club, he now dedicates to coaching the island's women rugby state team.

Belinda Yeo CPA
Executive Director
Belinda focuses her practice on corporate services and Labuan tax matters. She works closely with our clients to understand their business activities and objectives, allowing her to provide focused, client-centred solutions on the various Labuan services and requirements.
An auditor by profession, she is also a member of Malaysia Institute of Accountants since 2019.

Khairul Khairuddin
Executive Director
Khairul has been the backbone behind the HMR namesake, having co-founded our Brunei office in 2000. He went on to partner with Sukor and Belinda to establish our Labuan office in 2017 and took the role as Compliance Officer in the Company.
He loves sailing his Maxi 77 and spends his most weekends cruising the Brunei coastal waters and pristine islands surrounding Labuan.

Azli Noor LL B (Hons)
Non-Executive Director
Azli is our non-executive director, having being appointed on the Board in 2022. Azli is no stranger to Labuan, as he spent his career as a trust officer for more than 15 years with a trust company.
Azli adds value to HMR Konsultan. He regularly counsels the Board on the legal and compliance matters, ensuring the Company works within the corporate governance and the Labuan's financial services regulations.
