Malaysian Govt rolled out the Income Tax (Exemption) (No. 7) Order 2023, exempting a company, LLP, trust or co-op society from the income tax payment in relation to any gains or profits received from the shares disposal of a company incorporated in Malaysia which is not listed on the stock exchange.
