HMR Konsultan is a Labuan-based trust company and corporate service provider licensed by the Labuan Financial Services Authority, with our own offices in Labuan and Bandar Seri Begawan.

Where we came from
The HMR name began in Brunei Darussalam in 2000, when Khairul Khairuddin co-founded our Bandar Seri Begawan office. It has been operating continuously ever since.
In 2017, after more than ten years with the Brunei parent, Sukor Ashak returned to his native Labuan to establish our Labuan chapter with Khairul and Belinda Yeo. Azli Noor joined the Board as non-executive director in 2022, bringing more than fifteen years as a trust officer.
Our team comprises people with legal, accounting and banking backgrounds — full-on rugby enthusiasts, sailors, artists, and cultural and cuisine lovers. The diversity forms a unique ecosystem in our organisation, but it is driven by a common thread: a commitment to serving each and every one of our clients.
