Reporting

Compliance and regulatory reporting

Labuan licensed entities carry reporting obligations to both Labuan FSA and the Inland Revenue Board — we prepare the reports and deliver them to you for timely submission.

Labuan's regulators have tightened their requirements steadily in order to meet international standards, and reporting obligations now apply across all Labuan licensed entities. This is what protects Labuan's standing as a compliant international financial centre, and by extension Malaysia's reputation.

We provide guidance across all aspects of reporting, together with the back-office capacity to actually produce the returns. Our Compliance Officer sits on the Board, and our non-executive director advises specifically on legal and compliance matters.
