Change your Labuan trust company
You can move your Labuan entity to a new licensed trust company at any time — the transfer runs in five steps and we handle the filings, the handover and the compliance review.
If you already own a Labuan company, you are not locked in. When choosing a corporate service provider you want one that is licensed by Labuan FSA and capable of advising you on regulatory change, not merely processing paperwork.

The five-step transfer
Compliance review
We request personal identity documents and corporate documents from you and perform a review. We then advise you on the company's actual compliance status with Labuan FSA — including anything outstanding you may not know about.
Termination notice to the existing provider
We help prepare the termination notice, and the letter and directors' resolution appointing HMR Konsultan as your new service provider. You should also notify your existing provider directly and settle any outstanding invoices with them.
Update Labuan FSA and the tax authority
We lodge the necessary filings with the relevant authorities to record the change of trust company and your company's new registered office address.
Physical file handover
We arrange collection of the company's statutory records from your current provider, and perform a second review on corporate secretarial and tax matters once we hold the full file.
Complete
The change is done. HMR Konsultan is now your registered office, resident secretary and statutory agent.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a lock-in with my current provider?
No. You may change your Labuan trust company. You will need to settle any outstanding invoices with the existing provider, and they are required to hand over the company's statutory records.
Will changing provider create a problem with Labuan FSA?
No. The change of trust company and registered office address is a routine filing. We lodge it for you.
What if my company has overdue filings?
That is one of the most common reasons companies move. Our first step is a compliance review precisely so we can tell you where you stand, and then remediate.
How do I verify that you are actually licensed?
