The procedures to switch to HMR Konsultan is simplified in 5 steps –
1. Compliance
We will request for personal identity copy documents (dueD documents) and corporate documents from you and will perform a review. We will advise you of the compliance status of the company with Labuan FSA.
2. Termination notice to the existing service provider
We will assist to prepare a termination notice to the existing provider, prepare letter and directors' resolution to appoint HMR Konsultan as your new service provider. You should also communicate with your existing service provider on the termination of their services and settle any outstanding invoices.
3. Update Labuan FSA and the Tax Authority
We will lodge the necessary filings with the relevant authorities to inform them of the change of trust company and your company’s registered office address.
4. Physical file handover from existing corporate service provider
We will arrange with the current corporate service provider to collect from them the company’s statutory records and will perform another round of review on corporate secretarial and tax matters.
5. Completed!
Change is complete. HMR Konsultan is now your new service provider.
