Everything a Labuan entity needs across its life — incorporation, the residency permit, the economic substance that protects its tax rate, the accounts, the reporting, the trust structures, and the ongoing compliance requirements behind it.

We provide a full suite of corporate services from our Labuan office. Because we hold the Labuan FSA trust company licence ourselves, we can act as your statutory agent and resident secretary — roles that only a licensed trust company can fill.
A Labuan company can be incorporated in as little as three business days, but it must be done through a trust company licensed by Labuan FSA — which is what we are.
A Labuan work permit is a two-year renewable, multiple-entry visa that allows you — and your spouse, children under 18 and parents — to live in Peninsular Malaysia and Labuan.
If your Labuan entity carries on an activity listed in the Schedule, you must employ a minimum number of fit and proper full-time employees in Labuan and incur a minimum annual operating expenditure there — or be taxed at a flat 24% instead of 3% or 0%.
Every Labuan entity must keep proper accounts, have them audited where required, and file an annual tax return — our accounting team handles all three, which includes co-ordination with external approved Labuan auditors and tax agents.
Labuan licensed entities carry reporting obligations to both Labuan FSA and the Inland Revenue Board — we prepare the reports and deliver them to you for timely submission.
A Labuan foundation is a legal entity that combines a trust's asset protection with a company's governance; a Labuan trust is a relationship where a trustee holds assets for beneficiaries. Which suits you depends on how much control you want to keep.
You can move your Labuan entity to a new licensed trust company at any time — the transfer runs in five steps and we handle the filings, the handover and the compliance review.
A Labuan company can be closed either by striking it off the register or by voluntary winding up. Both require the company to be solvent, and neither wipes the slate clean immediately — liabilities and record-keeping obligations continue afterwards.
We also act as intermediary for companies formed in other jurisdictions — Brunei, Singapore, Hong Kong, the BVI, Seychelles and Samoa among them — and we run our own office in Brunei Darussalam, where we file directly rather than through a correspondent.
If Labuan is not the right answer for what you are planning to do, we will say so.
